EVV is required

The 21st Century Cures Act is a federal mandate that requires workers providing routine supportive home care or self-directed personal care (SDPC) services to use electronic visit verification (EVV). In Wisconsin, EVV has been required since November 2020 for personal care services and required since January 2021 for routine supportive home care services.
