IRIS

To improve technical processes for service excellence, iLIFE is under sanction and corrective action by DHS.

What is IRIS?

IRIS is a self-directed program for Wisconsin’s frail elders and adults with disabilities. IRIS stands for: Include, Respect, I Self-Direct.

The IRIS program puts participants in control of their care. Participants manage their monthly budget, hire caregivers, and purchase approved goods and services.

People who are eligible can choose the IRIS program with help from their local Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC). Participants work with an IRIS consultant to make an individualized supports and services plan.
