KanTime is a system that lets you report time worked, meet EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) requirements, and view your pay information all in one place.

KanTime makes it easier to be EVV compliant with 3 options, and easy to use KMobile V2 App & Web Portal approval, Telephony, and the FOB device. All of these options are EVV and timesheets in one. ​

iLIFE will still accept paper timesheets. Please note that paper timesheets may not be EVV compliant.​

*If you are a worker that provides personal care (PC) or routine supportive home (SHC) care services, you will need to use EVV. If you are an employer who receives these services, you will need to ensure that your worker is using EVV. However, live-in workers are not required by DHS to use EVV.

Kantime will replace the current electronic timesheet portal with a more accessible, user-friendly option that captures EVV information. Please review the three available options for completing electronic timesheets and pick the one that works best for you: KMobile V2 app, Telephony, or FOB.
