Timesheets – KanTime
What is KanTime?
We’re excited to announce that iLIFE will be launching a new system later this year called KanTime. This new tool will improve your experience and help us support you better. This system will improve the way you submit timesheets and EVV (electronic visit verification), view paystubs, and communicate with us. We listened to your feedback and integrated timesheets and EVV into one streamlined system, eliminating the two steps.
With KanTime, you can:
Track and enter hours worked in real time.
Meet EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) requirements* with 3 options:
- KMobile V2 App: Employees can check in and out easily with their mobile device. Employers have the option to provide approval in real time or on a biweekly schedule in a web portal.
- Telephony: A way to record an employee’s time and date of service with your employer landline or VoIP phone.
- FOB: A small electronic device for homes that records an employee’s time and date of service. This should only be used if you do not have a mobile phone with app capability and/or a landline phone at the employer’s house.
What this means for you: You can view the “KanTime Documents” and “KanTime Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)” below.
We’re here to help. Call us at 1-888-490-3966 or email fiscal@iLIFE.org. You can also go to www.iLIFE.org for more information or use the Live Chat feature.
*If you are a worker that provides personal care (PC) or routine supportive home (SHC) care services, you will need to use EVV. If you are an employer who receives these services, you will need to ensure that your worker is using EVV. However, live-in workers are not required by DHS to use EVV.
